How do I know if I need advanced air filtration?
Nearly half of all Americans live in zones with unhealthy air, so chances are, you do too! Poor air quality can show up anywhere – from manufacturing and agricultural emissions in rural areas to vehicle and building pollution in cities. Even if you live in a zone with fresh air, you may still be at risk from indoor air threats from CO2 build-up or VOCs coming off of your building materials. What makes the Puffin air purifier different?
Most air purifiers only capture dust and allergens, leaving your home air filled with invisible harmful gases that can cause everything from fatigue to headaches to weight gain. The Puffin air purifier is different – we use an advanced chemical sorbent to directly absorb gases from your air, leaving your home feeling fresh and healthy.
How do I get started?
We’ve combined everything you need into our custom starter pack. Once you receive your order, pick an area in your home where you spend a lot of time (think bedrooms, offices, kitchen, living room), install your custom filter in the unit, and power on! The Puffin’s sensor panel will automatically detect the level of harmful pollutants in your home and filter the air when you need it most.
How do I know if it’s working?
Connect to the phone app to track your levels throughout the day and see how well your Puffin is working! Our AI-powered algorithm is designed to notice whether your custom filter blend is working the way you need it, or if you should switch to a different blend for better results.
When do I replace the filter?
We’ve taken out the guesswork – through our app you get direct notifications every few months when your filter needs replacement. Buy convenient filter multi-packs in our store, or sign up for the filter subscription service to never worry about having a replacement right when you need it.
